Well-kept hotel, marvellous location, we booked an executive queen room and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location: the property was near downtown, museum and Paseo de Montejo. We found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Kapok Antojeria Yucateca that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

The breakfast buffet was a good surprise with many options. Located right on Paseo Montejo, we joined the Biciruta event. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel, particularly in the lobby and pool area.

a perfect base for exploring merida's vibrant charms
I loved how close I was to the beautiful Paseo Montejo, where I could stroll and enjoy amazing architecture, and being less than 2 km from MEJORADA Park made it easy to relax in nature after a day of exploring, a wonderful way to recharge after my walks around the city.

The location is unbeatable, right on the main street with access to various restaurants and the vibrant Mercado Santa Barbara nearby. The buffet breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the spacious room provided ample space for our family with three full-size beds. The lack of a fridge and coffee pot was disappointing and made late-night snacks inconvenient. While the cleaning staff was attentive, the overall pricing felt a bit high compared to the amenities offered.
